    Product Description

Baloxavir is an active metabolite of baloxavir marboxil (Item No. 33214).1 It inhibits influenza virus cap-dependent endonuclease (CEN) and CEN/RNA-dependent RNA polymerase (CEN/RdRp) activities in cell-free assays (IC50s = 2.5 and 1.6 nM, respectively). Baloxavir reduces viral titers in MDCK cells infected with laboratory, clinical, or zoonotic strains of influenza A or B (EC50s = 0.46-6.5 nM).

WARNING This product is not for human or veterinary use.
