    Tesofensine is a triple monoamine reuptake inhibitor that inhibits norepinephrine, serotonin (5-HT), and dopamine reuptake function.1,2 In vivo, tesofensine (2 mg/kg, s.c.) reduces body weight and food intake in a rat model of high-fat diet-induced obesity.1
