    Product Description

    LCS-1 is an inhibitor of superoxide dismutase 1 (SOD1; IC50 = 1.07 µM).1 It inhibits the proliferation of NCI H358 non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) cells, an effect that can be decreased by overexpression of SOD1 (IC50 = 0.8 and 3.5 µM, respectively).
