    Product Description

    EcDsbB-IN-9 is an inhibitor of the disulfide bond formation protein DsbB (IC50 = 1.7 µM for the E. coli enzyme).1 It is active against E. coli (MIC = 5.7 µM). EcDsbB-IN-9 is also active against the nematodes B. xylophilus, D. destructor, and A. besseyi when used at a concentration of 100 µg/ml.2
