    Product Description

    GSK840 is a receptor-interacting serine/threonine kinase 3 (RIPK3) inhibitor (IC50 = 0.3 nM).1 It is selective for RIPK3 over a panel of 300 additional kinases at 1 µM. GSK840 (0.04-1 µM) inhibits TNF-α-induced necroptosis in primary human neutrophils isolated from human whole blood. It also inhibits LPS-induced neutrophil accumulation in D. rerio larvae.2
