    Product Description

    GSK369796 is an antimalarial agent.1 It is active against the chloroquine-sensitive P. falciparum strains 3D7 and HB3 (IC50s = 11.2 and 12.6 nM, respectively) and the chloroquine-resistant strain K1 (IC50 = 13.2 nM). It reduces parasitemia in mice infected with P. berghei (ED50 = 2.8 mg/kg).
