    Product Description

    1-O-Caffeoylquinic acid is a phenolic acid that has been found in C. scolymus.1 It binds to the NF-κB precursor protein p105 (Ki = 0.007 µM).2 1-O-Caffeoylquinic acid also binds programmed cell death protein 1 (PD-1; KD = 12.4 µM) and inhibits the protein-protein interaction between PD-1 and PD ligand 1 (PD-L1; IC50 = 87.28 µM).3
