    Mirabegron impurity 6 is a metabolite of the β3-adrenergic receptor agonist mirabegron (Item No. 17319).1 It is formed via hydrolysis of mirabegron by butyrylcholinesterase (BChE). Mirabegron impurity 6 is also an intermediate in the synthesis of mirabegron.2
