    GSK3039294 is a prodrug form of CPHPC (Item No. 75500), an inhibitor of the protein-protein interaction between serum amyloid P (SAP) and amyloid fibrils.1 It is converted to CPHPC by hydrolysis via a monoester intermediate in rat, canine, and human liver microsomes.
