    Product Description

    LATS-IN-1 is an inhibitor of large tumor suppressor kinase 1 (LATS1) and LATS2 (IC50 = 2 nM for both), key regulators of Hippo regenerative signaling.1 It inhibits phosphorylation of YES1-associated transcriptional regulator (YAP1) in serum-starved HEK293A cells (EC50 = 510 nM). LATS-IN-1 (10 µM) increases the proliferation of Müller glial cells and isolated mouse cardiomyocytes.
