    Product Description

    Exendin-4 (3-39) amide is an agonist of glucagon-like peptide 1 receptor (GLP-1R) and an active metabolite of exendin-4 (48-86) amide (Item No. 11096).1,2 It is formed from exendin-4 (48-86) amide in rat liver homogenates.2 Exendin-4 (3-39) amide induces cAMP accumulation in HEK293 cells expressing human GLP-1R (EC50 = 9 nM).1
