    Product Description

    NIBR17 is an inhibitor of PI3Kα (IC50 = <0.002 µM).1 It inhibits phosphorylation of Akt in, and proliferation of, A2780 ovarian cancer cells (EC50s = 0.09 and 0.73 µM, respectively). NIBR17 (60 mg/kg) reduces tumor volume in an A2780 mouse xenograft model.
