    CK1-IN-1 is an inhibitor of casein kinase 1δ (CK1δ) and CK1ε (IC50s = 15 and 16 nM, respectively).1 It is selective for CK1δ and CK1ε over TGF-β receptor type 1 (ALK5; IC50 = 151.8 nM) and TGF-β receptor type 2 (TGFBR2) at 1 µM.
