    Balovaptan is an antagonist of the vasopressin V1A receptors (Ki = 0.4 nM for the human receptor).1 It is selective for V1A receptors over V1B and V2 receptors and oxytocin (OT) receptors (Kis = >6,300, 2,474, and 1,063 nM, respectively, for the human receptors).
