    Product Description

    Cho-es-Lys is a cationic cholesterol derivative composed of cholesterol (Item No. 9003100) conjugated to an L-lysine head group containing two primary amines (pKas = 10.48 and 9.46) via a hexanediol linker.1,2 It has been used for transfection of Cy3-pDNA in COS-7 cells. Cho-es-Lys nanocomplexes containing luciferase siRNA reduce luciferase levels in vitro.2
