    Product Description

    FB23 is an inhibitor of the mRNA N6-methyladenosine (m6A) demethylase fat mass and obesity-associated (FTO) protein (IC50 = 0.06 µM) and an active metabolite of FB23-2 (Item No. 36606).1 It reduces the proliferation of NB4 and Mono-Mac-6 acute myeloid leukemia (AML) cells (IC50s = 44.8 and 23.6 µM, respectively).
