    Ziptide is a peptide substrate for various serine/threonine protein kinases, including MAPK activated protein kinase 2 (MAPKAPK2), MAPKAPK3, MAPKAPK5, checkpoint kinase 1 (Chk1), AMP-activated protein kinase (AMPK), and calcium/calmodulin-dependent protein kinase II (CamKII).1 It has been used to evaluate CamKII activity for inhibitor development.2
