    Product Description

    CTB is an activator of the histone acetyltransferase p300.1 It induces acetylation of core histones in HeLa cells when used at a concentration of 200 µM. CTB (85.43 µM) increases p53 acetylation and induces apoptosis in MCF-7 cells.2
