    Product Description

    DIM-C-pPhCO2Me is a nerve growth factor IB (NR4A1) antagonist.1 It decreases expression of the mRNA encoding integrin β1 (ITGB1) in MIA PaCa-2 and PANC-1 pancreatic and RKO and SW480 colon cancer cells when used at concentrations of 15 and 20 µM. DIM-C-pPhCO2Me (15 and 20 µM) decreases the migration and adhesion of MIA PaCa-2 and SW480 cells, effects that can be prevented by siRNA knockdown of NR4A1 or ITGB1.
