    Product Description

    STOML3 inhibitor OB-1 is an inhibitor of stomatin-like protein 3 (STOML3) oligomerization.1 It inhibits oligomerization of mouse and human STOML3 in cell-free assays when used at a concentration of 10 µM. STOML3 inhibitor OB-1 reduces Piezo1 channel current amplitude in Neuro2a cells. In vivo, STOML3 inhibitor OB-1 inhibits tactile perception in wild-type mice and reduces tactile allodynia in a mouse model of diabetic neuropathy induced by streptozotocin (Item No. 13104).
