    Product Description

    MCP110 is an inhibitor of the protein-protein interaction between Ras and Raf-1.1 It inhibits the interaction between H-Ras and Raf-1 in a yeast two-hybrid assay when used at a concentration of 30 µM. MCP110 (20 µM) inhibits Ras-induced activation of Raf-1 and MEK1 activity in HT-1080 fibrosarcoma cells. In vivo, MCP110 (100 and 600 mg/kg) reduces tumor volume in an SW620 colorectal cancer mouse xenograft model when administered alone or in combination with paclitaxel (Item No. 10461).2
