    Product Description

    NIK SMI1 is an inhibitor of NF-κB-inducing kinase (NIK; Ki = 0.23 nM).1 It inhibits NF-κB activation in a reporter assay using HEK293 cells (IC50 = 34 nM). NIK SMI1 inhibits B cell activating factor-induced survival of isolated mouse splenic B cells (IC50 = 373 nM).
