    Product Description

    MF094 is a ubiquitin-specific protease 30 (USP30) inhibitor (IC50 = 0.12 µM).1 It is selective for USP30 over 22 other USPs at 10 µM. MF094 (0.6, 1.7, and 5 µM) inhibits ubiquitinylated probe-induced active site modification of USP30 in mitochondria isolated from C2C12 myoblasts. It induces cell death in HSC-4 cells when used at the concentrations of 0.2, 0.5, 1, and 2 µM.2 MF094 (1 mg/kg per day) reduces tumor growth in an SCC4 squamous cell carcinoma mouse xenograft model.
