    Product Description

SSYA10-001 is an inhibitor of severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus (SARS-CoV) helicase nsp13 (IC50s = 5.3 and 5.7 µM for dsDNA and dsRNA, respectively) and the protein-protein interaction between human papillomavirus (HPV) E6 and E6-associated proteins (E6-AP; IC50 = 10 µM).1,2,3 It is selective for SARS-CoV nsp13 over hepatitis C virus (HCV) and dengue virus helicases at 2 µM.1 SSYA10-001 inhibits the replication of SARS-CoV in HEK293T cells, Middle East respiratory syndrome CoV (MERS-CoV) in Vero E6 cells, and mouse hepatitis virus (MHV) in mouse WM-L2 fibroblasts (EC50s = 8.95, 25, and 12 µM, respectively).1,2 It decreases HPV E6-induced p53 degradation in SiHa and HeLa cells when used at concentrations of 1, 5, and 10 µM.3
