    Product Description

    AZD 5597 is a cyclin-dependent kinase 1 (Cdk1) and Cdk2 inhibitor (IC50 = 0.002 µM for both).1 It inhibits LoVo cell proliferation (IC50 = 0.039 µM). In vivo, AZD 5597 (15 mg/kg) reduces tumor volume in an SW620 colon adenocarcinoma mouse xenograft model.
