    Product Description

    1,2-Distearoyl-sn-glycero-3-phosphoserine (1,2-DSPS) is a phospholipid containing stearic acid (Item No. 10011298) at the sn-1 and sn-2 positions. It has been used in the generation of liposomal nanoparticles for the delivery of siRNA in vitro.1 Liposomal nanoparticles containing 1,2-DSPS and encapsulating siRNA targeting c-Rel decrease c-Rel levels in primary mouse macrophages.
