    8-Bromo-2'-deoxyadenosine-5'-O-triphosphate is a derivative of the nucleoside triphosphate dATP (Item No. 32566).1,2 It has been used to determine the substrate specificity of DNA polymerases and mutT homolog 1 (MTH1).
