    Product Description

    TG2-179-1 is an inhibitor of BRCA1-associated protein 1 (BAP1).1 It inhibits the deubiquitinase activity of BAP1 in a cell-free assay when used at concentrations ranging from 25 µM to 1.5 mM. TG2-179-1 is cytotoxic against a panel of eight colon cancer cell lines (IC50s = 4.48-7.52 µM). In vivo, TG2-179-1 (10 and 30 mg/kg) reduces tumor volume in an HCT116 colon cancer mouse xenograft model.
