    LNP GalNAc ligand 1 is a multivalent N-acetylgalactosamine (GalNAc) asialoglycoprotein receptor (ASGPR) targeting ligand.1 It has been used in the formation of lipid nanoparticles (LNPs) for the hepatic delivery of CRISPR base editors in mice.
