3′,5′-diOA-dC is a ligand for the bacterial second messenger, cyclic dinucleotide, and STING agonist cyclic di-GMP (Item No. 17144) composed of oleic acid (Item Nos. 90260 | 24659) and deoxycytidine.1 It assembles with cyclic di-GMP to form supramolecular nanoparticles and has been used to deliver cyclic di-GMP in vitro and in vivo. Intravenous administration of nanoparticles composed of 3′,5′-diOA-dC and cyclic di-GMP decrease tumor weight and volume, increase the number of CD8+ T cells, neutrophils, and natural killer (NK) cells in the tumor microenvironment, and increase tumoral levels of TNF-α and IFN-γ in a B16/F10 murine melanoma model.
WARNING This product is not for human or veterinary use.
