    Product Description

    CK7 is an inhibitor of cyclin-dependent kinase 2 (Cdk2) and Cdk9 (Kis = 2 and 4 nM, respectively).1 It is selective for Cdk2 and Cdk9 over Cdk1, Cdk4, and Cdk7 (Kis = 80, 53, and 70 nM, respectively), as well as 10 additional kinases (Kis = >1,000 nM for all). CK7 is cytotoxic to A2780 ovarian and MES-SA uterine cancer cells (IC50s = 41 and 140 nM, respectively).2
