    Product Description

    M-110 is a Pim-3 kinase inhibitor (IC50 = 0.05 µM).1 It is selective for Pim-3 over Pim-1 and Pim-2 (IC50s = 2.5 µM for both). It inhibits the growth of DU145 and MIA PaCa-2 prostate cancer cells (IC50s = 0.9 and 3.9 µM, respectively). M-110 (10 µM) inhibits IL-6-induced STAT3 phosphorylation in DU145 cells.
