    Product Description

    CL097 is a dual agonist of toll-like receptor 7 (TLR7) and TLR8.1 It induces activation of NF-κB in HEK293 cells expressing human TLR7 or TLR8 when used at concentrations of 0.1 and 1 µg/ml, respectively. CL097 induces TNF-α production and enhances LPS- or hyaluronic acid-induced TNF-α, IL-10, and IL-12 production in isolated human monocyte-derived macrophages.2 In vivo, CL097 (5 mg/kg) increases pancreatic lymph node IFN-α levels in pre-diabetic non-obese diabetic (NOD) mice.3
