    PI4KIIIβ inhibitor 3 is an inhibitor of PI4KIIIβ (IC50 = 19 nM).1 It is approximately 100-fold selective for PI4KIIIβ over PI4KIIα, PI4KIIβ, and PI4KIIIα, PI3Kα, PI3Kβ, PI3Kγ, and PI3Kδ, and PI3KC3, as well as 100-500-fold selective over PI3KC2α, PI3KC2β, and PI3KC2γ.
