    7-methyl-6-Mercaptopurine is a methylated derivative of the purine synthesis and interconversion inhibitor 6-mercaptopurine (Item No. 23675).1 It has been used as a synthetic intermediate in the synthesis of compounds derived from the immunosuppressive purine analog azathioprine (Item No. 13987).
