    Product Description

    Boc-FLFLF is a formyl peptide receptor (FPR) antagonist (Ki = 1.46 µM).1 It inhibits increases in intracellular calcium levels, superoxide formation, and β-glucuronidase release induced by the FPR agonist N-formyl-Met-Leu-Phe (fMLP; Item No. 21495) in differentiated HL-60 cells (Kis = 0.43, 1.04, and 1.82 µM, respectively).
