    Product Description

    Debio 0123 is an inhibitor of the checkpoint kinase WEE1 (IC50 = 0.8 nM).1 In vivo, debio 0123 (30 mg/kg per day), in combination with the inhibitor of topoisomerase II etoposide (Item No. 12092), reduces tumor volume in a patient-derived xenograft (PDX) mouse model of stomach cancer.2
