    αvβ5 Integrin-IN-1 is an inhibitor of αVβ5 integrin (IC50 = 0.0063 µM).1 It is selective for αVβ5 over αVβ1, αVβ3, αVβ6, and αVβ8 (IC50s = 2.51, 5.01, 50.1, and 50.1 µM, respectively). αvβ5 Integrin-IN-1 inhibits adhesion of αVβ5-expressing K562 cells to vitronectin-coated plates.
