HR68 is an anticancer agent and a derivative of the peroxisome proliferator-activated receptor (PPAR) agonist fenofibric acid (Item No. 19262).1 It decreases the viability of LN-229 glioblastoma cells (IC50 = 1.17 µM). HR68 crosses the blood-brain barrier in a temozolomide-resistant orthotopic patient-derived xenograft (PDX) mouse model of glioblastoma.
