    L-012 is a chemiluminescent probe for the detection of superoxide and a derivative of luminol (Item No. 16803).1 It has commonly been used for the detection of NADPH oxidase-derived superoxide in vitro and for the detection of reactive oxygen species (ROS) and reactive nitrogen species (RNS) in vivo.1,2,3 L-012 has a chemiluminescent emission maximum of 470 nm.3
