Product Description
LipidLaunch™ LNP Formulation Buffer (50 mM Acetate, pH 4.5) is an acidic aqueous buffer designed to optimally encapsulate nucleic acid cargo within lipid nanoparticles (LNPs). It consists of an RNase-free (by lateral flow assay) solution of 50 mM sodium acetate at pH 4.5. mRNA, or other nucleic acid cargo, can be diluted directly in LipidLaunch™ LNP Formulation Buffer (50 mM Acetate, pH 4.5) for subsequent use with a selected lipid mixture.
