Myr5A peptide is an acylated peptide composed of the apolipoprotein A1 (ApoA1) mimetic peptide 5A peptide conjugated to the saturated fatty acid myristic acid (Item No. 13351).1 It self-assembles into lipid nanostructures and has been used to encapsulate the anthracyclines doxorubicin (Item No. 15007) and valrubicin (Item No. 22964) for in vitro compound-release studies.
