    Product Description

    M2 peptide is an M2 tumor-associated macrophage-targeting peptide.1,2 It has been used in the generation of anticancer polymeric micelles encapsulating the STAT6 inhibitor AS1517499 (Item No. 29071) for delivery to M2 tumor-associated macrophages (TAMs) in vitro and in vivo. Cayman’s M2 Peptide is intended for use in peptide conjugation to lipid-based drug delivery platforms containing maleimide-activated lipids such as DSPE-PEG(2000) maleimide for TAM-targeting applications.
