    Product Description

AZ1 USP25/28 Inhibitor is a dual inhibitor of ubiquitin-specific protease 25 (USP25) and USP28 (IC50s = 0.7 and 0.6 µM, respectively).1 It is selective for USP25 and USP28 over USP2a (IC50 = >100 µM), a panel of 22 other deubiquitinases at 10 µM, and a panel of eight caspases and cathepsins at 30 µM. AZ1 USP25/28 Inhibitor induces degradation of c-Myc in HCT116 cells in a concentration-dependent manner, an effect that can be reversed by the proteasome inhibitor MG132. It decreases the viability of several cancer cell lines (EC50s = 9.8-33.5 µM).
