    Product Description

    ZA3-Ep10 is a zwitterionic aminolipid that has been used in the generation of lipid nanoparticles (LNPs) for the delivery of mRNA and single-guide RNA (sgRNA) in vitro and in vivo.1 LNPs containing ZA3-Ep10 selectively accumulate in the liver, lung, and kidneys over the heart and spleen in mice. ZA3-Ep10-containing LNPs encapsulating sgRNA targeting DNA encoding luciferase eliminate luciferase activity in HeLa-Luc-Cas9 cells.
