    RX-518 is an inhibitor of EGFR.1 It inhibits the growth of A431, H1975, and HCC827 cancer cells expressing wild-type EGFR, EGFR L858R/T790M, and EGFR del19, respectively (GI50s = 5, 10, and 689 nM, respectively).
