    Product Description

    Omidenepag isopropyl is a prodrug form of omidenepag (Item No. 41045), a non-prostaglandin agonist of the prostaglandin E2 (PGE2) receptor subtype EP2.1 It reduces intraocular pressure (IOP) in ocular normotensive and laser-induced ocular hypertensive cynomolgus monkeys when topically administered at a concentration of 0.01%/eye.1,2 Formulations containing omidenepag isopropyl have been used in the treatment of open-angle glaucoma and ocular hypertension.
