    Product Description

    SGC-AAK1-1 is a dual inhibitor of AP2-associated protein kinase 1 (AAK1) and BMP2-inducible kinase (BMP2K; Kis = 9.1 and 17 nM, respectively).1 It is selective for AAK1 and BMP2K over cyclin G-associated kinase (GAK) and serine/threonine kinase 16 (STK16; Kis = 1,700 and 270 nM, respectively).
