    SGC-STK17B-1 is an inhibitor of serine/threonine kinase 17b (STK17B), also known as DRAK2 (IC50 = 43 nM).1 It is selective for STK17B over STK17A (IC50 = 4,700 nM), as well as eight additional kinases (IC50s = 5,200->10,000 nM).
