    Product Description

    MU1210 is an inhibitor of CDC-like kinase 1 (Clk1), Clk2, and Clk4 (IC50s = 8, 20, and 12 nM, respectively).1 It is selective for these kinases over Clk3 (IC50 = >3,000 nM), as well as dual-specificity tyrosine phosphorylation-regulated kinase 1A (DYRK1A), DYRK1B, DYRK2, homeodomain-interacting protein kinase 1 (HIPK1), and HIPK3 (IC50s = 213, 956, 1,309, 187, and 159 nM, respectively) but does inhibit HIPK2 (IC50 = 23 nM).
